by your Spirit Guides. You will be told the name of your
Guide(s) and their purpose. Messages will be channeled
to you to begin the balance that you are wishing to keep
on a daily basis. |

Please
know that all workshops and events will start exactly
ontime, unless I am guided to wait.
Class
will be upstairs, but there are stairs or an elevator
to attend class. For those who wish to sit in a chair,
there are several available. Otherwise, you MUST bring
your own mat, blanket, and/or pillow. There are no extra
blankets available. The room is larger to allow for
more participants to join in the classes.

than the morning of the event.
